  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic Orders: 3-7 business days
    • International Orders: 7-21 business days (depending on location)

Customs and Duties

Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for shipping and re-shipping fees.
