    • If there are any damages or defects, notify us within 48 hours at customer.service@project-primal.com with photos and your order details.

    • Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and supporting photos if applicable.
    • Once approved, ship the item back to us (shipping fees are non-refundable).
